What We’ve Got in August
This was my entry for the
11 Second club animation contest for August.
It was ranked 29th out of 188 entries.
The sound was offset from
the editing process in After Effects.
So the lipsync is a little late.
There are still some things I’d like to fix about it.
The magnifier arm I created and rigged.
There are particle effects in the beginning,
and the lighting took a bit of time to work out.

Cool. The only thing that bugs me is when his hand tries to cling to the table at the end. It feels out of place, maybe some anticipation might help. Or maybe the fall doesn’t match the hand grasping onto the table. It reminds of someone having a seizure but this is not the case. Anyhoo, it’s just my thoughts..
